According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Restaurant Study 2020-2021, there is one fast food chain whose customers seem to agree that it is the best of all.

To conduct its new investigation, ACSI randomly emailed 19,423 customers between April 2020 and March 21 and asked them to discuss their experiences at some of the nation’s top restaurants, including major chains. fast food.
