KFC is set to offer fans a dining experience unlike any other in Australia – with a sumptuous 11-course tasting menu.
In a world first, the fast food chain has teamed up with British chef Nelly Robinson to bring a chic new tasting restaurant to Sydney for just three nights.
From savory starters to indulgent desserts, diners can expect a decadent selection of dishes highlighting the menu’s signature dishes with a theatrical twist.

Dishes include supercharged wings, potato and gravy “candles,” tongue twister, twisted sister, popcorn chicken, La Di Da drumstick, and chocolate mousse.
“We are thrilled to reinvent the idea of fine dining by bringing fun and delicious tasting to Sydney,” said Kristi Woolrych, Marketing Director at KFC Australia.
“We can’t wait to unveil the full 11-course menu we created with tasting expert Nelly Robinson to show that our Kentucky Fried Chicken is worthy of a fine dining experience.
“Our fans will experience KFC in ways they never could have imagined as they embark on a unique culinary journey in the world that looks and tastes like KFC.
“We have done everything possible to make it a magical moment that our guests will never forget.
Nelly, Restaurant Owner Sydney, nel., said: “For the menu, I took 11 KFC dishes and reinvented the way flavors and textures come to life using my expertise in tasting menus to really blow fans away.
“From wicked wings cooked over charcoal fires to edible stencil art of the Colonel’s face, we’ve crafted a high-end culinary adventure. So, we can’t wait to see their reactions to each of the devilishly good dishes.
Scheduled to open on Friday April 1, fans have three nights to experience the tasting with sessions held each evening from 5-8.30pm at a secret location in Sydney’s Alexandria.
For $75 per person, guests will be served 11 decadent dishes and paired fine wines.
To reserve a place, guests must register on a waiting list. Lucky fans will be contacted if they land a spot at one of the March 23 tasting parties.
KFC will donate 100% of profits to its charity partners: The Black Dog Institute, ReachOut Australia and Whitelion.
