All milkshakes are no longer on the menu for customers in England, Scotland and Wales due to supply chain issues.

A McDonald’s spokesperson said: “Like most retailers, we are currently experiencing supply chain issues, which is impacting the availability of a small number of products.

“Bottled drinks and milkshakes are temporarily unavailable at restaurants in England, Scotland and Wales.

“We apologize for any inconvenience and thank our customers for their continued patience.

“We are working hard to get these items back on the menu as soon as possible. “
