Those who love super secret menus and Nashville’s hot chicken can now combine the two at Blaze of Thunder, a SkinnyFats spinoff restaurant in Henderson on Stephanie Street.

“We kind of rolled it out smoothly,” says Marc Marrone, who recently merged his Graffiti Hospitality with SkinnyFats. “We’re going to base it on the drive-thru from Stephanie’s location. We dropped the Blaze of Thunder in there to check it out and make it work. “

Diners can only order the menu of Hot Chicken Sandwiches, Offerings, Mac and Cheese, Cajun Fries, Coleslaw, Pickles, White Bread, Apple Crumble and Boylan Soda through the Service driving the location.

SkinnyFats took inspiration from the hot chicken sandwich restaurant with a dish from its own menu of the same name.

The menu includes the Blaze of Thunder, a hot chicken sandwich with pickles and a creamy coleslaw inside a Hawaiian bun; and four juicy jumbo fillets with pickles and ranch on a Hawaiian bun.

Since SkinnyFats merged with Graffiti Hospitality, a location has opened in their new dining hall in Salt Lake City and Dallas.
