The Bucks Herald brings you photos that give you a first look at Aylesbury’s new chicken restaurant, Pepe’s Piri Piri.

Pepe’s opened today (December 6) in the building that once housed the city’s proud family-run Italian deli – the much-loved Italian Continental Store.

The premises and take out are overseen by a brand new owner – the Munir brothers – and have been transformed from the derelict state they were left in in the summer – as you can see in the photos.

Pepe’s Piri Piri is the so called ‘home of fresh flame grilled chicken’.

The franchise’s full menu includes favorites such as Prime Pitta – Chicken Breast in Pitta, BBQ Sizzler – Chicken Breast in Panini as well as chicken burgers, wraps, tortillas and on the bone. with rice.

A spokesperson for the store, which is becoming Pepe’s 145th UK franchise, said: “Pepe’s absolutely blew us away with the quality of the finish. The food is amazing.”

And owner Ms Montalbano told the Bucks Herald the transformation has exceeded all expectations.
