The first one Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Fresno is almost there.
The location on North Blackstone Avenue at El Paso Avenue on the site of the old Logan’s Roadhouse has been under construction for months. Now he has set an opening date: February 28.
The date is listed on its website as the restaurant”Date of Birthand a representative from Raising Cane confirmed that was the expected opening date.
It’s possible that unforeseen circumstances will change that date, he said, but we’ll let you know if that happens.
If it’s anything like Clovis opening in October, there will be a lot of hype. At this event, people lined up at midnight the night before and the restaurant opened after a ribbon cutting at 8am.
The restaurant specializes in one thing: chicken fingers. It has a drive-thru and indoor dining. If it’s anything like the other places, it might attract queues.
Openings, Raising Cane locations
Another Raising Cane’s is set to open, along with a Dutch Bros Coffee, in southeast Fresno at the Kings Canyon Pavilion mall at East Kings Canyon Road and South Willow Avenue.
Raising Cane’s, which is making a big inroad in the region, has also open slots in Tulare, Hanford and Visalia.
